I recently inquired about a vehicle on Valley's website; unfortunately, that vehicle sold before I was able to look at it in person. I ordered a key fob for my vehicle. I stopped in to the service department and was greeted by Ryan. He was super helpful. Got the information that was needed and ordered the fob. I went in when the fob arrived, once again, Ryan greeted me and was very friendly. Showed me where to wait while they programmed my fob. A salesman also spoke to us and was very kind. And although I decided to go a different direction, Paige was a pleasure to work with during this process. She was attentive to my emails and answered all my questions. We have been very happy overall with the service representatives and work we have experienced at Valley. The recent work took a bit longer than we would have liked but that was partly due to dealing with an insurance claim and some delays and breaks in communication with that. They even went out of their way to help us out with a situation that they would not have had to since the work was taking longer than expected. This was very much appreciated. Thanks to Jason and his service team for all your hard work!
We drove over an hour from out of state to buy from Valley because they gave us great price and were very easy to work with. Michael took care of us and answered all our questions and explained the new car features. We had a mysterious issue with our Pacifica that we had purchased a few years ago from a different dealership. In short, I felt like I was pushed off and told it wasn't their problem.

The staff was friendly, and was very patient while we made a selection. The best thing was that the salesman wanted us to get the car that we wanted.
Needed some work done in a hurry. They were able to get us in on short notice, treated us well, and kept us informed every step of the way.

I have a 2018 Jeep Renegade trail hawk the sun roof would not close.. I called valley Jeep in Bryan Ohio. Took it to them. Jason said to bring it in. They fixed my car and kept me informed on it Jason was very understanding of my concern about this major issue. They had to replace the whole sunroof.So we will definitely be taking our Jeeps (2) back to them. They did an outstanding repair on my sunroof. Way to go Jason. We drove about an hour away with our three little ones to purchase a vehicle and we would do it again. Mike and Angela were amazing.
